TRUST & LEGAL CENTER
Clear terms belong in every considered experience.
This center prepares Destilería’s online store and tasting reservations for a transparent launch in Mexico. Final commercial terms will be completed before payments are activated.
TERMS OF USE & SALE
The transaction must be as clear as the collection.
Destilería CSL presents a curated catalog of alcoholic beverages, related products, artwork and guided tasting experiences. Catalog presentation does not constitute a completed sale until the customer reviews and expressly accepts the final product, quantity, total price, taxes, delivery or pickup method, and payment terms at checkout.
All customer-facing prices will be displayed in Mexican pesos and will identify the total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any shipping or service charge before acceptance. Availability, bottle details and tasting inclusions must be confirmed before purchase.
Customers must provide truthful information and be at least 18 years old. Age and identity may be requested again at pickup, delivery or before a tasting. Destilería may refuse delivery or service when legal-age verification cannot be completed.
Final seller identity, legal name or business name, RFC, telephone, email, invoicing procedure, accepted payment methods and complaint channel are pending client confirmation.
INTEGRAL PRIVACY NOTICE
Personal information should be handled with intention, too.
When activated, Destilería may collect identification and contact data, order and reservation details, billing information, delivery information, preferences, communications and the technical information necessary to operate and secure the website. Payment card data should be processed directly by the selected certified payment provider and not stored by Destilería.
Primary purposes include processing orders and reservations, verifying age where required, arranging pickup or delivery, issuing confirmations and invoices, providing customer support, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations and protecting guests, staff and the business. Marketing communications will require a separate choice and an easy way to opt out.
Data may be handled by service providers strictly needed for hosting, ecommerce, payment, communications, analytics, delivery and reservations, subject to the applicable legal framework and contractual safeguards. Any transfer requiring consent will be identified before it occurs.
Data holders may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), revoke consent where applicable and limit marketing use. The responsible legal entity, privacy email, request procedure, response time, retention criteria and notice-change mechanism must be inserted before personal-data forms are activated.
SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Every handoff should be predictable.
Pickup is planned for the confirmed Plaza del Sol shop at Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 4, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. The person receiving alcoholic beverages must present valid official identification proving legal age and, when requested, the order confirmation.
The site will show available delivery or shipping zones, carriers, costs, preparation times, estimated delivery windows and any geographic restriction before payment. Alcohol shipments will not be left unattended or delivered to a minor.
Final opening hours, pickup preparation time, local-delivery radius, national shipping eligibility, carrier restrictions, failed-delivery procedure, insurance and costs remain pending operational and legal confirmation.
RETURNS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
A clear remedy when something is not right.
Before launch, Destilería will publish a practical channel for reporting an incorrect, damaged, defective or incomplete order. Customers should preserve the product, packaging, order evidence and photographs so the case can be reviewed promptly.
Any approved replacement, refund or store solution will respect applicable consumer rights and the conditions disclosed before purchase. Unopened-product eligibility, reporting windows, excluded products, return logistics, refund timing and the treatment of cancelled or failed deliveries remain pending final commercial and legal approval.
Artwork sales will receive separate condition, authenticity, delivery and return terms once the artist and collection details are confirmed.
TASTING RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
The experience begins with an honest reservation.
A tasting request is not a confirmed reservation until Destilería communicates availability, the selected format, date, time, party size, duration, inclusions, total price, deposit or payment terms, and the guest accepts those conditions.
All participants consuming alcohol must be at least 18 years old and may be asked for valid identification. Destilería may decline service to a minor, an intoxicated guest, or anyone whose participation could endanger themselves or others.
Final capacities, accessibility information, dietary accommodations, late-arrival treatment, rescheduling, cancellation windows, no-show terms, deposit treatment and force-majeure procedure remain pending client approval. These terms will be displayed before payment or confirmation.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE, AUTHENTICITY & SECURITY
Respect for the spirit includes respect for the guest.
Destilería is intended exclusively for adults of legal drinking age. The brand will not direct alcoholic-beverage marketing to minors and will encourage measured, informed enjoyment. Guests should never drink and drive.
Product pages will identify the actual category, producer, bottle size, alcohol content and relevant labeling information once verified. Authenticity or provenance claims will be made only when supported by the producer, distributor, invoice or corresponding documentation.
Checkout will use HTTPS and the security controls of the selected ecommerce and payment providers. Customers will receive evidence of the transaction and clear support channels. No live payment should be activated until those systems and responsibilities are configured and tested.

Official framework used for this pre-launch structure
This preparation follows the current Mexican consumer-protection and personal-data framework. Final documents should be reviewed by the client’s Mexican counsel before checkout opens.
